Felicity Williden - NZCU South Contact Centre Manager

My name is Felicity Williden and I am the Manager of the Contact Centre for NZCU South.  I have worked for Credit Union for 11 years because I am very passionate about helping families and individuals in our communities become financially stronger.  I have seen so much good being done for so many people by our organisation over the years, and now that I am in charge of my own team I aim to inspire them to always think outside the box and look for ways to help in any and every situation. 

We are proud to be more than just a call centre who answer calls and refer them to the appropriate person; we are your one stop shop for getting it sorted.  When your call is answered by one of my friendly staff, they will do their best to help in any way they can with the same helpful and efficient service you expect from someone in your branch.  We deal with all member contact; whether it’s taking your calls and being your first point of contact for all enquiries, dealing with all incoming emails including queries made via our website, or sending you letters advising of any change in the status of your account.  This means we have a broad knowledge of all our products and services, and can usually set things up for you over the phone to make everything as easy as possible for you, and to save a trip into the office. 

There are eight people in your Contact Centre team, and they are all able to help you with anything from general account enquiries to assisting you with products such as insurance, investments, savings and loans.  We receive an average of 800 calls per day, so if you would like to contact us by email instead, our address is enquiries@nzcusouth.co.nz.  Alternatively you can post your question or comment on our NZCU South Facebook page
